Apple’s iOS 27 developer beta 5 contains code referencing six unreleased iPhone models. Macworld first reported the discovery within system files for battery drivers.

The lineup includes the iPhone 18, 18 Pro, 18 Pro Max, 18e, and iPhone Air 2. A high-end foldable device named the iPhone Ultra also appears in the code.

This discovery supports a staggered release strategy for the new hardware. Apple expects to launch the premium Pro and Ultra models in fall 2026. The remaining models will likely debut in spring 2027.
