Smart ring maker Oura Health Oy plans a U.S. initial public offering as early as September.

The listing could value the company at more than $16 billion. Oura and existing investors aim to raise up to $3 billion through the sale.

The health-tracking company filed for an IPO confidentially in May 2026. This offering follows a funding round in October 2025 that valued the firm at $11 billion. Oura currently competes with major technology corporations in the wearables sector.
