Barminco, a subsidiary of Barrick Mining Corporation, secured a $275 million contract for the Fourmile Project in Nevada. The 45-month agreement is scheduled to commence in July 2026. The scope includes approximately 16 kilometers of underground development and related mining services.

The project sits adjacent to the Goldrush Project, where Barminco currently operates for Nevada Gold Mines. Nevada Gold Mines is a joint venture between Barrick and Newmont.

Barrick expects to invest approximately $39 million in capital during the 2027 financial year to support the development. This expansion targets the world’s largest hard-rock underground mining market. The contract aligns with Barrick’s strategy to grow within tier-one mining jurisdictions in North America.
