Accenture and Stellantis have partnered to integrate AI-enabled digital twin technology into manufacturing operations. The collaboration leverages NVIDIA’s accelerated computing and Omniverse libraries to create virtual production environments powered by real-time data.
The project focuses on optimizing factory operations through AI-driven insights and predictive quality monitoring. These systems aim to accelerate the industrialization of new processes while increasing production resilience for the global automaker.
Initial pilot programs will launch at selected North American plants starting in 2026. Stellantis will use these deployments to evaluate value and scalability across its broader industrial network.
