Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) handled a record 50 million metric tonnes (MMT) of cargo in August 2026. This volume represents a 19% increase compared to the same period last year. It marks the highest monthly cargo volume in the company's history.

Dry cargo volumes grew by 25% during the month. Container volumes saw a 15% increase.

The company has managed 234.4 MMT of cargo year-to-date through August. This figure reflects a 16% rise from the previous year. These results support the APSEZ goal of handling 1 billion MMT annually by fiscal year 2031.
