Adobe is expanding its partnership with Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the AI firm HUMAIN. The initiative provides free 12-month access to AI-powered creative tools.
The program is valued at over $4 billion. More than 27 million eligible citizens and residents will receive access to Adobe Firefly and Adobe Express Premium.
Adobe and HUMAIN announced the collaboration at the LEAP 2026 technology conference in Riyadh. The partners will jointly develop a new image-generation AI model tailored to Saudi culture.
The new model will generate imagery from Arabic-language prompts. The program expects to roll out by the end of 2026 to accelerate digital skills across the Kingdom.
