Advanced Biomed Inc. (NASDAQ:ADVB) shares surged after the company withdrew its Form S-1 registration statement with the SEC. This action canceled a planned securities offering. The move eliminates potential near-term share dilution for current investors. Advanced Biomed confirmed that no securities were sold under the registration statement.

The stock climbed 76.94% on Monday. Shares closed at a price of $8.90. The equity continued to rise during after-hours trading.

This withdrawal follows the termination of a $25 million equity purchase agreement with Helena Global Investment Opportunities I Ltd. The agreement ended on July 21, 2026. Advanced Biomed never used that agreement to raise capital beyond commitment fees. Both developments remove potential sources of future dilution.
