Adyen N.V. closed the acquisitions of promotions platform Talon.One and subscription billing firm Orb on July 1, 2026. The company will integrate both entities into its single financial technology platform. This move expands Adyen’s capabilities beyond payments into a comprehensive commerce suite for enterprise clients.
Gayathri Rajan will join as Chief Product Officer on September 1, 2026. Hwa Tsao becomes interim Chief Financial Officer effective the same date. Co-CEO Ingo Uytdehaage will personally oversee the integration of the newly acquired companies to support Adyen’s multi-product strategy.
