Adyen N.V. finalized the acquisitions of Talon.One and Orb on July 1, 2026. Talon.One provides loyalty and incentive tools, while Orb offers enterprise billing platforms. Adyen is integrating these services to expand its global product suite.
Adyen appointed Gayathri Rajan as Chief Product Officer. Hwa Tsao will serve as interim Chief Financial Officer. Tsao succeeds Ethan Tandowsky, following his previously announced departure.
