Airbus subsidiary Satair completed the acquisition of Unical Aviation and its subsidiary ecube.
The transaction establishes a global leadership position in the Used Serviceable Material (USM) and aircraft lifecycle services sector.
Satair will integrate Unical’s inventory and ecube’s disassembly capabilities with its existing USM business, VAS Aero Services.
The deal adds industrial facilities across North America and Europe to Satair's footprint.
This strategy leverages the circular economy to provide end-to-end services ranging from aircraft storage to material distribution.
