AirJoule Technologies partnered with Japan’s Kubota Corporation to deploy water-from-air technology in Texas and California. The agreement grants Kubota exclusive rights to market and distribute AirJoule systems for multi-unit residential developments in both states.
Kubota purchased two AirJoule Core systems for pilot deployments. These initial operations are scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2026. The collaboration aims to address water scarcity by establishing decentralized infrastructure.
AirJoule shares rose between 15% and 16.7% in pre-market trading on July 22, 2026. This partnership pairs AirJoule’s extraction technology with Kubota’s expertise in water and wastewater systems.
