Almonty Industries Inc. will join the large-cap Russell 1000® Index and the broad-market Russell 3000® Index. The inclusion takes effect at the market opening on June 29, 2026.

The selection follows the annual Russell U.S. index reconstitution, which ranks the 3,000 largest U.S. stocks by market capitalization. CEO Lewis Black stated the milestone recognizes the company’s scale as a tungsten producer operating outside of China.

Membership connects Almonty with a larger pool of index-tracking funds and institutional investors. The company expects the move to increase trading liquidity and foster a more stable long-term shareholder base. Approximately $12.2 trillion in assets are currently benchmarked against Russell’s U.S. indexes.
