AMD reportedly plans to increase Radeon GPU prices by 10% to 15% during the second half of 2026. This price adjustment is expected to take effect in the third quarter.

Soaring costs for video random-access memory (VRAM) serve as the primary driver for the potential increase. High demand from the ongoing AI boom has significantly inflated the cost of these critical components.

The price hike will initially impact AMD’s add-in board (AIB) partners. These partners are expected to pass the increased manufacturing costs on to consumers.

Competitor Nvidia has not announced similar price adjustments for its graphics cards. AMD has not yet officially confirmed the reported price changes.
