Amentum Lands $974 Million NASA Contract to Modernize Research Facilities

Amentum (NYSE: AMTM) secured a $974 million contract for NASA’s Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia.

The Center Maintenance, Operations, and Engineering II (CMOE II) agreement extends a partnership exceeding 60 years.

Amentum will manage maintenance, operations, and engineering for advanced research systems, including laboratories and wind tunnels.

The scope includes project management, design services, preventive maintenance, and central utilities operations.

Amentum will also lead infrastructure modernization by automating laboratory systems and wind tunnel testing facilities.
