AI chipmaker Cerebras Systems is expanding partnerships with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and OpenAI following its May 2026 IPO. CEO Andrew Feldman confirmed the strategy is to collaborate with a wide range of AI infrastructure players. This approach positions Cerebras as a direct alternative to industry leader Nvidia.
The AWS collaboration integrates Cerebras technology with Amazon’s internally developed chips. This partnership supports high-speed AI inference services on the Amazon Bedrock platform.
Cerebras also secured a separate multi-year agreement to support OpenAI. This contract provides OpenAI with over $20 billion in computing power.
