The dual-chiplet design features 70 cores per chiplet. These cores utilize the Neoverse V3 architecture. The hardware contains 140 physical cores. The system enables up to 136 of these cores for operation.
A 2 TB/s UCIe fabric link connects the two chiplets. The system features a 12-channel memory controller. This controller utilizes DDR5 technology. It supports speeds of 8800 MT/s. The configuration provides over 845 GB/s of memory bandwidth.
The processor includes 96 PCIe lanes. These lanes utilize the PCIe 6.0 standard. The I/O subsystem supports CXL 3.0 for memory expansion. This release signals Arm’s strategy to supply complete CPUs directly to the AI server market.
