AST SpaceMobile scheduled the launch of BlueBirds 11, 12, and 13 for the first half of August. A SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket will carry the satellites into low Earth orbit from Cape Canaveral, Florida. This mission continues the build-out of the company's space-based cellular broadband network.

The upcoming mission follows the successful launch of BlueBirds 8, 9, and 10 in June 2026. Each new satellite features a 2,400-square-foot commercial communications array.

These next-generation satellites help scale the company's manufacturing and launch cadence. The deployment moves AST SpaceMobile closer to providing commercial service to standard smartphones.
