AST SpaceMobile Sued for $15M Over Unpaid Fees on $1.9B Financing

Delclaux Partners SA filed a lawsuit against AST SpaceMobile in Miami-Dade County Circuit Court. The plaintiff seeks more than $15 million in unpaid finder's fees.

The complaint alleges breach of contract and fraud related to financing transactions totaling approximately $1.91 billion. Delclaux claims it introduced AST to key financial partners, including LionTree Advisors, which triggered fee rights under their agreement.

The legal dispute centers on the timing of contract terminations and tail-period provisions. Delclaux Partners has requested a jury trial to pursue the alleged unpaid fees and additional damages.
