Ayala Corporation (AC) completed the sale of a 40% stake in its subsidiary, AC Logistics Holdings Corp., to A.P. Moller Capital. The transaction satisfied all closing conditions, including merger control clearances.
This strategic investment aims to accelerate the expansion of Ayala’s logistics platform across the Philippines. The partnership integrates A.P. Moller Capital’s global transportation expertise with Ayala’s local market knowledge and business network.
The collaboration will enhance capabilities across four main pillars: cold chain, air cargo, contract logistics, and project cargo. These improvements are designed to strengthen the national supply chain infrastructure.
