Boeing signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Libyan government to modernize its civil aviation sector. The signing occurred at the US Secretary of State’s office.
The agreement facilitates Libya’s acquisition of modern aircraft. It establishes technical and technological collaboration. Boeing will assist in developing infrastructure to meet international standards.
The partnership follows a December 2025 session. Libya approved a Boeing 'White Paper' during that meeting.
