Multiple law firms filed a class-action lawsuit against Bloom Energy Corporation for alleged securities fraud. Investors have until September 28, 2026, to petition the court for lead plaintiff status.

The complaint alleges the company made false and misleading statements regarding its sourcing of scandium. Bloom Energy reportedly used intermediaries to procure the metal from China while downplaying its supply chain risks.

This arrangement allegedly masked the company's exposure to Chinese export controls and international tariffs. The lawsuit covers investors who purchased shares between February 27, 2025, and July 8, 2026.

Plaintiffs seek to recover financial damages following the disclosure of the company's actual sourcing practices.
