BioNTech SE will present new clinical data from its lung cancer development program at the IASLC 2026 World Conference on Lung Cancer. The presentations feature late-stage assets pumitamig and gotistobart alongside mRNA-based immunotherapies.

A key highlight includes the first global data from a trial combining pumitamig with the antibody-drug conjugate elfetabart drozuntecan. This study evaluates the combination in patients with advanced lung cancer.

The company will also release updated overall survival data for gotistobart from a Phase 3 trial. These results underscore BioNTech’s strategic expansion into oncology beyond its COVID-19 vaccine portfolio.
