Brigade Enterprises profit jumps 37%, driven by higher operating margins

Brigade Enterprises reported a consolidated net profit of INR 216 crores for the first quarter of fiscal year 2027.

This result represents a 37% year-on-year growth. Consolidated revenue for the quarter reached INR 1,179 crores. The EBITDA margin improved to 36% from 28% in the same period last year.

The real estate segment generated a turnover of INR 707 crores. This division saw a 45% increase in EBITDA compared to Q1 FY2026. Leasing revenue grew 9% to INR 328 crores. The hospitality segment recorded a turnover of INR 144 crores.

Management attributed the performance to solid operating execution. These results were achieved despite the absence of major residential launches during the quarter.
