Ode, the enterprise AI services venture backed by Anthropic and financial firms like Blackstone, is acquiring the four-year-old AI consultancy Casper Studios for an undisclosed amount. This marks Ode's first acquisition since it formally launched in July with $1.5 billion in backing and an initial team of 100 engineers.
Ode was established to help companies integrate and deploy frontier AI models into their operations. The venture was built upon the foundation of its first acquisition, an AI engineering firm named Fractional. The addition of Casper further expands its team and expertise as it competes in the growing AI implementation services sector.
