Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks will launch a ₹2,600 crore initial public offering. The offering is valued at approximately $310 million. The logistics real estate firm expects to become a self-funded business post-listing. The IPO subscription period opens on August 17 and closes on August 19. The company set a price band of ₹57 to ₹60 per share. Horizon currently manages a portfolio of nearly 60 million square feet. The platform has achieved fivefold growth over the last five years. Proceeds from the offering will reduce the company's debt by two-thirds. This capital restructuring aims to support future growth without additional capital raises.
