Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust Inc. (NYSE: BXDC) raised $1.75 billion in its U.S. initial public offering.
The newly formed REIT priced 87.5 million shares. The offering price was $20.00 per share. Shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 14, 2026.
An affiliate of Blackstone Inc. (NYSE: BX) externally manages the trust. The IPO capitalizes on investor demand for digital infrastructure driven by artificial intelligence and cloud computing.
The trust will use the proceeds to acquire newly-built, stabilized data centers. These assets are leased to large-scale tenants in key U.S. markets.
