Blackstone-managed funds are selling Interplex Datacom to BizLink for $850 million in cash. Interplex Datacom operates as a unit of Blackstone’s portfolio company, Ennovi. The agreement includes an additional contingent payment of up to $50 million. Parties expect to finalize the transaction in the second half of 2026.
Blackstone is divesting the asset to generate liquidity for high-growth sector investments. The firm recently partnered with Apollo and Broadcom on a $35 billion financing platform. This platform will fund the expansion of global AI and data infrastructure.
