Blackstone announced plans to sell up to a 25.03% stake in Knowledge Realty Trust through an offer for sale. The firm disclosed the transaction in an exchange notice on Friday, August 28, 2026.
Knowledge Realty Trust is a joint venture between Blackstone and India’s Sattva Group. The entity currently ranks as India’s largest real estate investment trust based on gross asset value.
The trust’s portfolio includes 30 prime office assets located across six major Indian cities.
