Blackstone, Vanguard, and Wellington Management formed a strategic alliance to launch two new funds. The partnership targets high-net-worth and mass-affluent clients with products historically reserved for institutions.
Merrill and Bank of America Private Bank will provide initial distribution before a wider rollout.
The WVB All Markets Fund integrates Wellington’s active equities, Vanguard’s fixed income, and Blackstone’s private investments. The WVB Blackstone All Privates Fund offers concentrated exposure to Blackstone’s private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and credit platforms.
