Blaize Holdings, Inc. signed a memorandum of understanding with South Korean vision AI specialist Sphere AX on June 24, 2026. The agreement focuses on the joint development and commercialization of AI semiconductor products for smart cities, smart factories, robotics, and mobility.
The partners held the signing ceremony at South Korea’s National Assembly to underscore the agreement's significance. The collaboration merges Blaize’s AI semiconductor technology with Sphere AX’s vision AI software capabilities.
The partnership aims to establish a comprehensive AI semiconductor development and production system within South Korea. Blaize’s CEO cited South Korea’s technological leadership and speed to market as primary reasons for the strategic expansion.
