Kim Seok-bong, Citigroup's Vice Chairman in Korea, will leave the bank. He joins Morgan Stanley as co-head of its South Korea investment banking division. Kim spent two decades at Citigroup. He recently handled major transactions, including the landmark SK Hynix ADR listing.
