Cerebras Systems co-founder and CTO Sean Lie filed a Form 144 on August 20. The filing details a planned sale of 710,247 common shares. This transaction is valued at more than $153 million. News outlets reported the filing on Friday, August 21.

The sale occurs as the company’s post-IPO lock-up period begins to ease. Other senior executives, including the Chief Operating Officer, also recently sold smaller share blocks.

Some executive sales satisfy tax obligations related to restricted stock units. This large-scale divestment by a founder remains a significant event for investors.
