Cerebras Systems signed a 10-year AI colocation agreement with CleanCore Solutions for a Minnesota data center. The initial contract is valued at approximately $800 million. Cerebras has pre-leased 100% of the facility. Two 10-year renewal options could increase the total deal value to over $3 billion.
The Tier 3 data center provides 55 MW of utility power. The facility offers 40 MW of critical IT load to support AI compute infrastructure. Revenue generation and full capacity are expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027.
The project is structured as a joint venture. CleanCore Solutions owns nearly 80% of the venture.
