Executive Chairman Jay Adair will retake the CEO role at Copart for at least the next 10 years. Adair confirmed the move is a permanent appointment during a rare conference call held outside of the standard earnings cycle.

The growth strategy focuses on three primary pillars: international expansion in Europe, domestic whole-car business growth, and improved technology services. Adair plans to utilize mergers and acquisitions as a central driver for this expansion.

Copart expressed a willingness to take on debt to finance strategic acquisitions. Additionally, the company is accelerating AI integration to increase internal operational efficiency.
