Salesforce and Google Cloud expanded their partnership to enable AI agents to execute workflows across Slack, Google Workspace, and Salesforce. The collaboration integrates Google’s Gemini Enterprise with Salesforce’s Agentforce. This integration targets disconnected systems and fragmented data for enterprise customers.
AI agents will operate directly within existing applications to reduce tool-switching and data transfer risks. Slack Enterprise Search can now query Gmail and Google Drive. New BigQuery connectors are available immediately. Additional capabilities will roll out through 2026.
The move advances Salesforce’s AI orchestration strategy for corporate buyers managing multiple secure models. Salesforce shares rose 1% in premarket trading following the announcement.
