CoStar Group appointed Steve Price as President of Ten-X, its digital commercial real estate auction platform.
Price previously served 12 years in senior leadership at Auction.com. Ten-X operated as part of Auction.com until CoStar Group acquired the platform in 2020.
Price managed billions of dollars in real estate transactions during his previous tenure. He also reengineered the foreclosure division to reduce operating costs through automation and technology.
This appointment signals a sharpened focus on Ten-X as a standalone brand within the CoStar ecosystem.
