CoStar Group completed its $800 million all-cash acquisition of Zonda.
The transaction received final regulatory approval following the initial May 29, 2026 announcement.
This acquisition significantly expands CoStar’s presence within the residential real estate sector.
Zonda provides data and software solutions to more than 3,000 customers across North America.
The deal includes Zonda’s profitable subscription business and online marketplaces, NewHomeSource.com and Livabl.
