CoStar Group launched its commercial real estate platform in France. The company estimates the French market is worth €300 billion.
This expansion integrates previous acquisitions of property tech firms BureauxLocaux and Business Immo. CoStar also invested significantly in proprietary local research to support the platform.
The platform provides property records, availabilities, and verified sales comparables to investors, brokers, owners, and lenders. Users also gain access to lease comparables and real-time market analytics.
This launch follows a recent investment in Italy's Wikicasa as part of a broader European expansion strategy.
