Csquare raised $1.05 billion in its U.S. initial public offering. The company sold 50 million shares. These shares were priced at $21 each, falling below the marketed range of $23 to $27. The IPO values the Dallas-based firm at approximately $3.25 billion.

Shares will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol CSQR. Brookfield-backed Csquare operates more than 60 data centers across North America and the United Kingdom. The listing follows high investor demand for digital infrastructure fueled by artificial intelligence growth.

Csquare will use the net proceeds primarily to repay outstanding debt. Brookfield remains the majority stakeholder following the public listing.
