Cuprina Holdings (Cayman) Limited scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting for October 15, 2026. Shareholders will vote on a proposal to increase the company’s authorized share capital.
The plan expands the number of authorized ordinary shares from 12.5 million to 1.25 billion. This represents a hundred-fold increase in total capacity.
Authorized capital would rise from US$100,000 to US$10 million.
The meeting also includes a vote on adopting amended governance documents. These changes would lower the threshold required to pass written ordinary resolutions.
The board of directors recommends that shareholders vote in favor of all proposals.
