Cavvy Energy Ltd. reported financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026.

Revenue increased to CAD 97.51 million from CAD 71.47 million in the prior year. Net income rose to CAD 16.15 million compared to CAD 4.15 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share grew to CAD 0.05 from CAD 0.01.

Record sulphur revenues and robust liquids pricing drove the quarterly performance. Net Operating Income (NOI) increased 87% year-over-year.

Cavvy Energy raised its 2026 guidance for Net Operating Income. The company lowered its year-end debt forecast. Management announced expanded capital spending to support future growth.
