ExxonMobil and Chevron reported a combined 2025 profit of approximately $7.56 billion from Guyana’s Stabroek block. ExxonMobil earned $4.67 billion as the project operator. Chevron, which holds a stake through its Hess acquisition, posted earnings of $2.89 billion.
Production levels exceeded 900,000 barrels per day by the end of 2025. This operational growth offset the impact of lower average oil prices compared to 2024. The results highlight the high-margin nature and low breakeven costs of the offshore discovery.
