Orascom Construction and UAE-based Trojan Construction Holding have launched Everwater for Treatment Systems in Abu Dhabi. The joint venture specializes in engineering, procurement, construction (EPC), and operation and maintenance (O&M) for large-scale water infrastructure.
The new entity is currently finalizing negotiations for a desalination plant with a capacity of 300,000 cubic meters per day. This project marks the first major initiative for the partnership as it targets growing demand for sustainable water solutions.
The partners announced the collaboration during the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit. The venture leverages Orascom’s existing portfolio of major regional water infrastructure projects.
