Embraer secured a firm order from U.S. lessor Azorra for 15 E195-E2 jets. The agreement includes purchase rights for an additional 15 aircraft. This marks Azorra’s third order expansion since 2021, bringing its total firm commitment to 54 jets.
The deal pushes total bookings for the E2 jet family past the 500-aircraft milestone. More than 200 E2 jets currently operate across 24 global airlines. Embraer shares rose over 2% in Friday trading, outperforming a broader market decline.
The company will add the order to its backlog for the second quarter of 2026.
