Eaton is investing over $242 million to establish a one-million-square-foot manufacturing facility in North Little Rock, Arkansas. The project is expected to create more than 1,200 jobs in manufacturing, electrical, and operational roles.
The new plant will double Eaton's U.S. capacity for producing customized modular electrical enclosures. These components serve as critical power infrastructure for the utility, industrial, and data center sectors.
Surging demand from artificial intelligence and digitalization prompted the expansion. The facility will manufacture products for the Fibrebond business, which Eaton acquired in April 2025.
