enCore Energy received U.S. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) authorization to begin infrastructure construction at the Dewey Burdock Uranium In-Situ Recovery (ISR) Project. The approval follows the BLM’s issuance of a final Environmental Assessment and a Finding of No Significant Impact.

The authorization permits enCore’s subsidiary to construct initial access roads, groundwater monitoring wells, and power lines on public land. Executive Chairman William M. Sheriff identified the approval as a significant milestone in coordinating federal permitting.

enCore Energy stated it will continue working with government agencies and local communities as the South Dakota project advances.
