All In FutureTech Alliance (AGAE) will acquire a 57.67% controlling interest in HyalRoute Fiber-Optic Communication Group. The transaction values the Southeast Asian fiber network operator at $4.0 billion. AGAE will pay approximately $2.31 billion for the stake. Payment consists entirely of newly issued AGAE common shares at a reference price of $10.00 per share.

This acquisition transforms AGAE from an entertainment company into a global AI infrastructure platform. The company will integrate HyalRoute’s fiber-optic backbone with its planned AI compute and storage centers. These facilities will utilize silicon photonics technology to enhance data transmission.

The deal creates an integrated ecosystem for global data transmission, AI computing, and cloud connectivity. It emphasizes the role of network infrastructure as a critical component for artificial intelligence expansion. This shift reflects broader growth trends within the communication services sector.
