Flutter Entertainment plc will conclude its final day of trading on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) on July 31, 2026. This delisting ends a 25-year tenure on the exchange that began with the Paddy Power initial public offering.

The company is consolidating its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) under the ticker FLUT. This move aims to reduce operational costs and regulatory obligations associated with maintaining a dual listing.

This strategic shift focuses on expansion within the U.S. market. Flutter’s FanDuel brand currently holds a leading position in both American sportsbooks and iGaming.

In separate filings, Dimensional Fund Advisors LP reduced its stake in the company during the first quarter. The investment firm sold more than 90,000 shares during that period.
