Ray Dalio's Bridgewater Associates significantly reduced its holdings in GE Vernova (GEV) during the second quarter of 2026, selling off nearly 72% of its position. According to its quarterly 13F filing, the influential hedge fund's stake was cut from approximately 434,900 shares down to 122,770. The reported value of this holding consequently fell from about $379.6 million to $144.2 million.

Investors should note that 13F filings are submitted to the SEC up to 45 days after the end of a quarter, meaning these trades occurred between April 1 and June 30, 2026. This reduction was part of a broader set of moves by Bridgewater, which also trimmed positions in other major tech and industrial names during the same period. During the second quarter, GE Vernova reported strong performance, with significant growth in orders and backlog, and raised its full-year financial guidance.
