According to its latest 13F filing, the firm sold approximately 2.13 million shares, a 25.36% reduction to its holding. The sale decreased its total ownership to 6.26 million shares.

This trade information, disclosed on August 14, reflects portfolio changes made between April 1 and June 30. Despite the large reduction, estimated at a trade value of over $760 million, Alphabet remains a major holding for Oakmark. The position was valued at $2.24 billion at the end of the quarter, accounting for 2.97% of the fund's reported portfolio.
